Application of Provisions of Health and Welfare Legislation for Ensuring Staff Safety in Workplace Environment 

The health and welfare legislation provisions ensure the safety of the employers, workers or staff, self-employed and the employees in the workplace which is covered by the legislation of Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act, 2005 in Ireland. It sets out the rights and duties of the employers and the employees and penalties for any breach of such legislation.
