5.  Ensures that the food produced, distributed, and marketed in Ireland meets the highest food hygiene and safety standards.
6.  It works along with the Food industry, where the training is being provided to the professionals. To improve, harmonize, and coordinate food safety in-country.  It aims to educate the food industry and the general public to know about food handling, preparation, storing, and transportation.
