These Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between Ireland Assignment Help (the “Agency”), the customer (“You” / “Customer”), and the experts (“Principal”). By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out below.
1. Our Role as Agency
- IrelandAssignmentHelp.com acts as an agent, connecting customers with qualified experts who create original academic work.
- By ordering, you engage the Agency to find a Principal who will complete your research or assessment work.
- The Principal authorises the Agency to act on their behalf for administrative and operational matters.
- The Agency reserves the right to refuse any order. If this happens, any payment made will be refunded.
- Prices and delivery timelines shown on the website are illustrative. If alternative terms are proposed and rejected by you, the order will be considered cancelled.
- Direct communication with the expert is not allowed. All interaction is managed through the Agency.
2. Term of Appointment
- The agreement begins when payment is received and the order is allocated to an expert (“Commencement Date”).
- It continues until the amendment period has expired, unless ended earlier.
- Certain provisions (e.g., data protection, copyright, refunds) will continue even after termination.
3. Agency Services
- The Agency selects a qualified expert to complete your order, based on their skills and track record.
- Once an expert is allocated, the order is binding and cannot be cancelled.
- If a deposit is paid, the balance must be cleared at least 24 hours before delivery. Delayed payments may cause delays in delivery.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- You must provide clear and accurate instructions when placing an order.
- Failure to share full details or respond to expert queries may delay your work. In such cases, the Completion on Time Promise will not apply.
- If you change requirements after the order has started, additional costs or time extensions may apply.
5. Approvals & Communication
- The Agency may contact you via the email or phone number you provide.
- Any instructions received from these channels will be treated as genuine and authorised.
6. Data Protection & Privacy
- All personal data is handled in compliance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR.
- The Agency is the data controller, while the expert acts as a data processor.
- Data is used only for order processing, payments, and communications.
- Our Privacy Policy is available on request.
7. Changes to Work in Progress
- You may request changes, but these must be approved by the expert.
- If new details conflict with the original order, additional costs and extended timelines may apply.
- Delivery dates may be adjusted reasonably if changes are made during the project.
8. Amendments to Completed Work
- You can request amendments within 7 days of delivery (or longer if you purchased extended revision rights).
- One detailed request must be submitted by email.
- If no agreement is reached, the Agency’s decision is final.
- Requests outside the allowed time, or unrelated to the original brief, may incur extra charges.
9. Fees & Payments
- Charges include Agency commission, expert fees, and payment gateway costs.
- Unless full payment is made upfront, the Agency will contact you once an expert is secured.
- Once paid and assigned, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded, except as outlined in the refund policy.
10. Payment in Advance
- Sometimes, you may be asked to pay before an expert is secured.
- If no suitable expert is found, you will receive a full refund.
11. Copyright & Fair Usage
- Copyright of the work remains with the expert.
- You are granted a licence to use the work as a study resource and reference model only.
- You may not submit the work as your own, resell, or distribute it.
- Using the work in violation of these terms may lead to termination of services and loss of rights under this agreement.
- The Agency and experts do not condone plagiarism.
12. Quality & Grades
- Work is custom-written to your instructions, but no guarantee of a specific grade or academic outcome is provided.
13. Refunds
- Refunds are processed by the Agency on behalf of the expert, in line with consumer protection laws.
- All refund decisions are made fairly, balancing the interests of both Customer and expert.
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method, or store credit may be offered if technical issues arise.
14. Completion on Time Promise
- Work will be delivered by midnight on the due date, except on non-working days (e.g., Christmas, New Year, Bank Holidays).
- If technical issues occur, proof will be provided where possible.
- Delays caused by late payments, changes in instructions, or missing information from the Customer void the promise.
- For staggered deliveries, the promise applies only to the final deadline.
15. No Plagiarism Promise
- If plagiarism is detected, the work will be revised and corrected free of charge.
- Minor or accidental issues will be treated as revisions, not full breach.
- The Agency’s decision on plagiarism disputes is final.
16. General Terms
- Services are subject to availability.
- Work is provided strictly as academic support, not professional advice.
- The Agency reserves the right to refuse orders or stop work if misuse is suspected.
- These terms override any prior agreements.
17. Promotional Communication
The Agency may occasionally promote related educational services such as plagiarism tools, past papers, proofreading, or marking services.
18. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will fall under Irish jurisdiction.
