Assignment Task 2: Using a general empirical method to inquire critically into their experiences to come to an understanding of that organization’s action theory
To inquire critically into their experience, an organization must come to an understanding of that organization’s action theory. This means that the organization must understand the motivations behind its actions, and the effects those actions have on those within and outside of the organization.
Only by understanding the underlying rationale for its actions can an organization hope to make rational decisions founded on a clear understanding of what it is trying to achieve. Furthermore, it is only by taking account of all stakeholders – not just shareholders – that an organization can make decisions that are truly in the best interests of all.
To come to an understanding of its action theory, an organization must be able to provide a succinct description of the purpose and goals of the business. By clearly understanding why it exists, employees are better placed to make decisions about how best to achieve the organization’s goals.
Assignment Task 3: To reflect on learning from experience
There are many benefits to learning from experience. One of the most important is that it can help us avoid making the same mistakes twice. Additionally, learning from experience can help us better understand how the world works and how we fit into it. We can also use our experiences to gain new insights and learn new things.
Ultimately, learning from experience helps us grow as people and makes us better equipped to face the challenges of life. It allows us to learn from our mistakes, reflect on our successes, and develop a deeper understanding of both ourselves and the world around us.
