Management committee is group of people who’re held responsible and accountable for all types of activities that takes place in the organization. It is the final decision making forum. They act both as leader and decision maker and are referred to as Governing Bodies, Executive Committees etc.

Explaining the Purpose, Role, Responsibilities and Function of Management Committees
The learners needs to learn about the various functions, roles, aims, purpose and responsibilities of the management committees.
Management committee moves and supports the mission of the organization by maintaining the confidentiality and acting with an integrity to avoid any personal conflicts.
The members are responsible for everything in an organization that includes it’s spending and other activities. They are accountable to their stakeholders such as funders and monitors and evaluates all the areas of performance of the organization.
